Drop a voice recording from your phone or recorder. A voice memo straight from the site is fine. It stays private to your office.

Copy notes. "Dictation desk" follows the family (transaction desk, enquiry desk). The first screen has one job and one primary button. The language is detected, never asked. The "Layouts you use" list is the hook for repeat work: next time, step 2 is already answered.

Drop a document whose look you want: one you already send, or one you simply like, about anything. We keep its layout, its headings and its tone, and fill it from the recording. Your name replaces theirs.

Design notes. The example is deliberately about something else, a consultancy's summary of a bakery meeting, so the point lands: the look and the structure come from the document, the content comes from the recording. The read-back on the right (seven parts, the tone, the accent) is the trust moment before anything is transcribed. The full sample is at example.html.

Design notes. Two things move at once: the sentences arriving on the left and the report's sections lighting up on the right. That pairing is the whole product in one picture, and the shot the film should be built around. One word carries a dotted "unsure" underline so the honesty is visible before the result screen.

Design notes. The output keeps the consultancy's letterhead structure, navy headings, copper rule, numbered sections and three tables, with Lachance's own letterhead and the HVAC visit as the content. Each heading carries the time it came from, so the report is checkable against the audio in seconds, not by listening to eleven minutes. The one thing not said gets a visible gap, not a guess. "Nothing leaves until you choose" is the human-approval line the whole NCS family uses.
